Membership Access
Membership unlocks self-study content for the selected plan. Access may be paused if payment fails, is refunded, or is cancelled.
Classroom Seats
Live class access is created by staff and may include schedules, teacher review, homework, and parent reports.
Refunds
Refunds and cancellations are reviewed by staff. If a refund is approved, platform access may return to starter mode.
Student Work
Students should submit their own work. Teacher feedback is educational guidance, not a guarantee of academic outcomes.
AI Drafts
AI may support operations, but final course content, feedback, reports, payments, and account changes require human confirmation.
